Who was General Tso? And other mysteries of the American-Chinese food connection...

Jennifer 8. Lee talks on TED about the origin of Chinese-American dishes, pretty cool. For example, fortune cookies are from the Japanese, and obviously many dishes we love aren't even recognized by regular Chinese, but we kinda knew that. Broccoli was never a huge Chinese vegetable.
